The object of this group is to herd cats, umm, sorry, to motivate members [and anyone else really] into writing diaries about their work and maybe even to discuss their hopes dreams in their given fields of expertise. There will be no risk assessments, nor health and safety meetings; so wear your high viz equipment at all times [yellow vest and a white helmet with red hair I ask you, yeech]
